Mr. Sammis founded New England Land Company, Ltd. in 1971 as a land development company, subsequently expanding the company into broad based real estate services. Highlights of the company's 42 year history include major lease transactions with IBM, GTE, Eastman Kodak, Control Data and General Reinsurance; the sale of Conyers Farm (the single largest land transaction in the history of Greenwich); the development/leasing of The Center at Purchase, an 850,000 square foot corporate office park in Westchester County; the development/leasing of The Center at Greenwich, a 750,000 square foot mixed use complex including a 200,000 square foot corporate office building and the 400-room Hyatt Regency Greenwich Hotel; two Randolph, Vermont projects, the Green Mountain Stock Farm a 1,300-acre residential development centered around the Three Stallion Inn, and the 170-acre Green Mountain Center.

P. Barnum
Mr. Barnum has twenty-six years experience in the
commercial real estate business, specializing in the
sale and leasing of office and retail properties in
Southern Fairfield County. His experience includes both
owner and tenant/buyer representation.
In addition, Mr. Barnum is a board
member of The ONS Fountation
and a past board member of The Greenwich Red Cross, The Greenwich Field Club, Christ
Church Outreach Foundation and a member of the Brunswick
Alumni Council. He has also been involved in fundraising for
the local chapters of The United Way, Kids in Crisis, The
Boy Scouts and The March of Dimes.
Mr. Barnum is an Executive Vice
President at New England Land Company, Ltd., which is based
in Greenwich, and is a licensed real estate broker in
Connecticut and New York.
